Villa OAC is very spacious and well ventilated with natural breeze coming from the north shore. This two story Villa has its bedrooms (all bedrooms are equipped with Ac) and two bathrooms up stairs. Master bedroom has its own bathroom and a private deck overlooking the jacuzzi and back garden.
The other two bedrooms share a bathroom and also share a patio overlooking the high rise hotels. Villa OAC is equipped with a full functioning kitchen (oven, stove, fridge, coffeemaker, blender) we have it al.
Spacious living room with a big sliding door that give you acces to the back patio with a large dining table that can easily sit 8 people.
Villa OAC has a comfortable backyard where you will find your lounge chairs for sunbathing and your 6 seat jacuzzi. Parking is free and you have room for 3 cars on the premise.

Villa OAC is situated in a residential neighborhood minutes away from supermarkets, beaches, restaurants and the high rise trip with hotels clubs etc.
We always advice to rent a car so you can maximize your vacation while in Aruba, but Villa OAC is ideally located which makes getting around very easy.
For your water sports activities Active Aruba is only 0.8 miles from, boca Catalina and Malmok beaches is about 1.5 miles away.
The Cove mall and Paseo Herencia ( high rise strip ) is only 1.5 miles from Villa OAC.
The driving distance from Queen Beatrix International Airport to the Villa is about 9.5 miles from Villa to Oranjestad is about 7.5miles and going to baby beach from VIlla Oac is about 21 miles.
